Phytoplankton

Phytoplankton are microscopic marine plants that form the basis of the entire ocean food chain. In fact, phytoplankton are the original source of omega-3 fatty acids – not fish; fish obtain these fatty acids by eating plankton.

This supplement is simply a powder made from two nutrient-rich microalgae: Nannochloropsis gaditana and Schizochytrium, important plant-based sources of omega-3. Nannochloropsis is especially rich in EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), which has anti-inflammatory properties and supports the immune system.
