Returns & cancellation rights
We want you to feel safe when shopping with us, whether you live in Norway, Sweden or Denmark. Below you will find information about returns, cancellation rights and handling of purchases with frozen goods.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. For the right of cancellation to apply, the item(s) must:
- be in the same condition as when you received them
- be unused and unopened
- returned in original packaging
The right of withdrawal applies to private customers in Norway, Sweden and Denmark, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act and the EU's consumer protection in distance selling, respectively.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an email to mail@tasseladden.no, mark the email with “ RETURN ” and provide your order number. We will respond to you with further instructions. The buyer covers the return cost, unless it concerns a complaint (defect in the item).

Important about frozen goods
The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to frozen goods, in accordance with the exception in the Right of Withdrawal Act for goods that deteriorate or quickly expire (§ 22b). This means that:
- Purchases of frozen products are binding once the order is confirmed.
- We cannot offer refunds or returns on frozen items unless there is a fault with the item or delivery.
- If you have a complaint about frozen goods (e.g. if the goods have become warm during transport or are damaged), contact us as soon as possible after receipt, and please attach a photo.
We ship frozen items with insulated packaging and cooling packs to ensure they stay frozen during transit. You must pick up the package and handle the refrigerated items as soon as possible after they are delivered to you or the post office.
Damage and defects
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If you have received the wrong item, damaged item or defective order/item, please contact us as soon as possible at mail@tasseladden.no, and attach pictures if possible. We will then assist you further with either a new item, refund or other.
Refund
Refunds will be issued once we have received and processed your return. This usually takes 1-3 weeks. You will be notified when we have processed your return and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
Please note that it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
