Return & right of withdrawal
We want you to feel safe when you shop with us. Below you will find information about cancellation rights, returns and complaints, as well as our own terms and conditions for purchasing frozen goods.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must then be returned to us within 14 days of the right of withdrawal being notified.
For the right of withdrawal to apply, the item(s) must:
- be in the same condition as when you received them
- be unused and unopened
- returned in original packaging
If the product has been used more than is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the product, the customer may be liable for any reduction in value.
For pre-assembled packages or bundles, the entire package must be returned together. Partial returns of individual products are not accepted.
The right of withdrawal applies to private customers in Norway and to international customers in accordance with applicable consumer regulations for distance selling.
Returns and return costs
Orders sent to addresses in Norway: The customer covers the return cost.
International orders: The customer is responsible for the return cost and any costs associated with return shipping, customs or handling.
Returns must always be agreed with us before the item is sent back.

Goods with a reduced price due to short shelf life
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods sold at a reduced price because they have a short shelf life, or in any other way may deteriorate rapidly, cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act, Section 22, letter b.
- Purchases of items marked with a reduced price due to short shelf life are binding once the order has been confirmed.
- We cannot offer refunds or returns on such items, unless there is a fault with the item or delivery (complaint).
- Any complaints must be reported as soon as possible after receipt.
Important about frozen goods
The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to frozen goods, according to exceptions in the Right of Withdrawal Act. for goods that deteriorate or quickly expire (§ 22b).
- Purchases of frozen products are binding once the order is confirmed.
- We cannot offer refunds or returns on frozen items unless there is a fault with the item or delivery.
- If you have a complaint about frozen goods (e.g. if the goods have become warm during transport or are damaged), contact us as soon as possible after receipt, and please attach a picture.
We ship frozen goods with insulated packaging and cooling elements to ensure they stay frozen during transport. You must pick up the package and handle the refrigerated items as quickly as possible after they are delivered to you or the post office.
Damage and defects
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If you have received the wrong item, damaged item or defective order/item, please contact us as soon as possible at mail@tasseladden.no , and attach pictures if possible.
We will then help you further with either a new product, a refund or something else.
Refund
Refunds will be made once we have received and processed the return, or documentation that the item has been returned. This usually takes 1–3 weeks.
You will be notified when we have processed the return and whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
