What payment solutions do you use?
You can pay by card (Visa/Mastercard), Vipps or Klarna.
Do you have free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping when you shop over the following amounts:
- Norway: over 400 NOK
- Sweden: over 1400 SEK
- Denmark: over 1000 DKK
- France / Belgium: over 130 EUR
Free shipping applies to standard delivery method ( Parcel Locker in Norway). Other delivery options, such as Service Point or home delivery, may have an additional charge that is displayed at checkout.
If you use a discount code and the total after discount falls below the limit, regular shipping will be added.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on delivery address and selected shipping method.
Norway
- NOK 79 – PostNord Parcel Locker
- NOK 89 – PostNord Service Point
- 89 kr – Package in the mailbox
Free shipping applies over 400 NOK (some shipping methods may have surcharges).
International orders
- Sweden: 215 SEK
- Denmark: 150 DKK
- France / Belgium: 20 EUR
Other delivery options may appear at checkout via UPS.
How long does delivery take?
Norway: Usually 1–6 business days.
International: Typically 3–10 business days, depending on country and carrier.
During periods of high volume, delays may occur.
Can I pick up the order myself?
Yes! We offer click and collect from our warehouse at Flatåsen in Trondheim.
If you order before 3:00 PM on weekdays, your order will usually be ready the same day. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup.
Pick-up outside of opening hours can be arranged.
Do you ship frozen food?
Yes, but only within Norway.
Frozen items are shipped in insulated polystyrene boxes with freezer elements to keep the products cold during transport. Separate shipping rates and terms apply for frozen items.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can usually help you change or cancel it.
Please contact us as soon as possible at mail@tasseladden.no and provide your order number.
If the order has already been shipped, it must be treated as a regular return.
Can I return goods?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the item.
To initiate a return, send an email to mail@tasseladden.no and mark the email with RETURN and order number.
- Return costs are covered by the customer.
- The item must be unused and in original packaging.
- Frozen items cannot be returned.
What happens if I don't pick up my package?
If a package is not picked up on time and returned to us, the customer may be charged for costs associated with shipping, return shipping and handling.
If you still want the item after the package has been returned to us, we can resend it for a new shipping fee.
What do I do if I have received the wrong or damaged item?
Take a picture of the item and send an email to mail@tasseladden.no .
Mark the email with:
- HURT
- WRONG PRODUCT
Remember to include your order number and we will help you as quickly as possible.
