Rabbit is a fantastic source of protein! It is lean, rich in amino acids, and easily digestible. It is often considered a hypoallergenic protein source because it is rarely used in commercial feeds, and can therefore be a good alternative for dogs with allergies or sensitivities to the most common protein sources (beef, chicken).
Chews with fur are an excellent and highly functional source of insoluble fiber. Because the fur is not broken down during digestion, it helps cleanse the intestines and can remove undigested food, toxins, and parasites. It will also increase the volume of the dog's stool, and can therefore be beneficial for dogs that struggle to empty their anal glands on their own.
These are air-dried at low temperatures to gradually eliminate moisture and extend shelf life, while preserving nutrients, aromas, and flavors.
