Horse is a lean, easily digestible protein. It is often considered a hypoallergenic protein source and can therefore be a good alternative for dogs with allergies or sensitivities to common protein sources (beef, chicken). These single-ingredient chews, made solely from horse tendons, have a high protein content. They are gently air-dried to preserve nutrients and provide a hard texture.
