Made from 100% horse heart, these are a unique protein source and contain essential nutrients. Horse heart is known for its high levels of iron and B-vitamins, and is a natural source of taurine. It is often considered a hypoallergenic protein source because it is rarely used in commercial dog food, and can therefore be a good alternative for allergies or sensitivities to the most common protein sources.
The treats are freeze-dried, thus preserving all natural nutrients in their natural form without being destroyed.
