These treats are made from the shoulder of the sheep. This cut of meat is considered tender, as it comes from muscles that do not work as hard as other parts of the animal. Rich in protein and flavourful!
The meat is air-dried at a low temperature to gradually remove moisture and simultaneously extend shelf life. This way, nutrients, aromas, and flavours are preserved. These will therefore be absolutely perfect as meal toppers or as treats for training or hiking.
