GastroWohl – tincture for stomach and intestines

Together with their veterinarian, Napani has developed this unique blend of carefully selected plant extracts. The natural active ingredients in the tincture can help support normal function of the gastrointestinal system, promote a healthy intestinal lining, and thus also improve nutrient absorption.

Mallow flowers and marshmallow root complement each other as soothing herbs for dogs and cats with problems in the respiratory tract, mucous membranes, and digestion. Both plants are rich in mucilage, which forms a protective barrier on all mucous membranes (stomach, intestines, throat, and respiratory tract). They also have a beneficial effect on stomach problems such as IBD, leaky gut, gastritis, and diarrhea. Mallow has also been shown to have an antibacterial effect against, among others, S. aureus and E. faecalis.

Chamomile and lemon balm contain calming plant compounds and can be particularly beneficial for stomach pain, reduced appetite, diarrhea, gastritis (inflammation of the stomach lining), and vomiting or nausea. Chamomile can have an anti-inflammatory effect, and lemon balm can relieve anxiety, restlessness, and stress, as well as having a mild antibacterial effect.

Dosage

Half a pipette corresponds to approximately 1 ml.

If necessary, administer the tincture directly into the mouth approximately 30 minutes before food.

If your pet is taking medication, wait one hour after administering GastroWohl, as absorption through the intestinal lining may be temporarily reduced due to the mucous layer formed.

Storage
Store dry and cool at room temperature, avoid direct sunlight.
