Beef shoulder consists of soft and chewy cartilage with lots of meat, fat and tendons that provide good stimulation. This is a perfect beginner bone that is easy on the stomach to digest. A wonderfully soft but tough variety that provides plenty of chewing resistance and activity for dogs of all sizes, ages and breeds.
All the bones are rich in both healthy meat and fat, as well as nutrients from healthy joint structure, such as glucosamine (from cartilage). It has already become a big favorite of Sund Hundmat's Swedish customers!
Unfortunately, many dogs often suffer from both dental and gum problems. With meat bones of the right size, dogs have to work with their entire set of teeth and jaw muscles to be able to digest their food. Such work results in a natural cleaning of both teeth and gums. Sund Hundmat's bones are not weight-bearing, and are soft enough and will be digested completely.
Remember! Always supervise your dog when it eats bones.

If you are not feeding them frozen: Place the desired number of bones in a plastic container and let them thaw in the refrigerator overnight. If you want to thaw the bones faster, you can place the container in a warm water bath. The bones seem to taste and smell best when they are slightly warm, but some dogs don't seem to mind being served slightly frozen, especially on hot summer days.
Remember to be careful with hand hygiene – the same rules for handling fresh food for us humans also apply when handling fresh dog food.
Durability
Once thawed, the bones will keep for about 3-4 days in the refrigerator. The best-before date on the package is set at two years from the date of production, but this only applies to unopened and frozen bones.

- 12 x 500g + 2 x 3kg
- 6 x 500g + 3 x 3kg
Ønsker du å bestille tygg, så er det så klart også mulig, men man må du fjerne 2-3 av 500g eller 1 x 3kg for at det skal bli plass til tyggene i samme isoporeske.
Merk: Det er ikke mulig å bestille 12 kg og deretter legge til f.eks. noen få fryste tygg i en ekstra boks. En nesten tom isoporboks vil ikke holde på kulden, og produktene risikerer å tine underveis. Vi har heller ikke mulighet for å sende 800g, da det ikke vil holde seg fryst hele veien frem til levering.
