The Tick Twister® by O'TOM is a 'must-have' for safe and effective tick removal on both humans and animals. Whether you're hiking, camping, hunting, or just in the garden, you can quickly, easily, and painlessly remove ticks without leaving tick remnants in the skin, thereby reducing the risk of diseases like Lyme disease.

This is a 3-pack of original O'Tom tick removers (Tick Twister). It includes two traditional-sized removers, and the latest addition is an extra small one, which makes it easier to remove larvae/nymphs as well. The design is functional, compact, and modern, and can easily be taken anywhere. The clip allows you to easily attach it to your belt, key ring, backpack, or leash, always keeping it readily available when you need it.

Instructions

How to use the tick remover?

1. Choose the correct size according to the tick's size (the largest for large and medium ticks, the medium for small and extra small ticks, and the smallest for larvae and nymphs).

2. Hold the tick remover between your thumb and index finger and slide it under the tick so that the tick remover is securely positioned beneath the tick.

3. Lift the tick remover slightly above the skin and rotate it in one direction several (2-3) times. You will feel the tick release its grip, and it is safe to lift the tick remover from the skin. Some recommend not twisting – only pulling straight up until it detaches. See what you feel most comfortable with; personally, we pull it straight up.
