Feeding Guidelines
ZIWI Peak Beef Recipe is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for all life stages, including puppies of large breeds (30 kg or more as an adult).
- Adult dogs: For every 10 kg of body weight, feed 0.75 to 1.25 cans per day.
- Puppies and pregnant bitches: Feed 1.5 to 2.0 times the adult amount, divided into 2 to 3 feedings per day.
Actual needs depend on your dog's activity level, age, size, and breed. Adjust the daily feeding amount accordingly, and always ensure fresh drinking water is available.
ZIWI has a feeding calculator where you can accurately determine how much wet food to feed your dog, which you can find HERE.
