Kangaroo meat is naturally low in fat and calories, yet rich in high-quality protein, mainly due to kangaroos' active lifestyle. The meat has a low content of saturated fat, but is also rich in micronutrients such as iron and zinc, many B vitamins, and a good source of omega-3 fatty acids.
The treats are air-dried at low temperatures to gradually eliminate moisture and extend shelf life, while preserving nutrients and flavors.
