Terms of purchase for retailers
These terms and conditions of purchase apply to all sales and deliveries from Tasseladden AS ("the distributor") to our corporate customers ("the customer"). By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
1. General conditions
1.1. Dealer application
In order to purchase products from us, you must first apply to become a reseller. All applications are considered individually, and Tasseladden AS reserves the right to approve or reject any application.
1.2. Ordering process
All orders must be made in writing, either via our online store or by email. An order is considered accepted by the distributor when the customer receives an order confirmation by email.
2. Order
2.1. Minimum order
Minimum order is NOK 1,000,- excluding VAT per order.
2.2. Shipping costs
We choose the most affordable shipping option that suits the customer. If you have special shipping requests, this must be stated when ordering. Free shipping is offered on orders over NOK 10,000,- excl. VAT. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will apply.
2.3. Order processing time
We process orders within 3-5 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen and delivery address.
3. Prices and payment
3.1. Prices
All prices are exclusive of VAT. Tasseladden AS reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. Price changes do not affect already confirmed orders.
3.2. Payment terms
New customers must pay in advance before the goods are shipped. Once a customer relationship has been established and credit has been approved, a payment period of 14 days may be offered. In the event of late payment, the case will be sent to debt collection, and any fees will be incurred in accordance with Norwegian law.
3.3. Invoicing
The invoice is sent either as EHF (Electronic Commerce Format) or via email, depending on what has been agreed with the customer.
4. Delivery and risk
4.1. Delivery of goods
The goods are shipped from our warehouse and the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the goods are handed over to the carrier. We work with reliable carriers for safe and efficient delivery. If no one is present at the time of delivery, a re-delivery fee or additional costs will be incurred and charged to the recipient.
4.2. Damaged goods
Damage that occurs during transport must be reported to the carrier immediately and to us within 3 days after the retailer has received the delivery.
5. Complaints and returns
5.1. Complaints
Complaints about defective or defective goods must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt. If the complaint is approved, we will offer compensation or credit.
5.2. Right of return
Returns are accepted by appointment only and a restocking fee of 15% of the item's value will apply. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Return shipping is covered by the retailer, unless the error is our fault.
Goods that are ordered outside our regular assortment or specially ordered according to the customer's wishes cannot be returned, unless there is a written agreement to this effect before ordering.
6. Marketing and resale
6.1. Marketing
The retailer undertakes to market our products in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
6.2. Resale prices
The retailer is free to set their own retail prices, but we recommend following our recommended prices to maintain the value of the brand.
6.3. Product information
The retailer will receive a document with images, text, ingredients and average analysis after ordering. The information and images are adapted for marketing purposes and must not be copied directly from our website, tasseladden.no. Retailers are encouraged to adapt the material to their own needs.
7. Termination of the dealer agreement
Tasseladden AS reserves the right to terminate the dealer agreement if the terms are breached. Termination by the dealer must be in writing with 30 days' notice.
8. Changes to the Terms
Tasseladden AS reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of purchase. Changes will be communicated in writing and apply to orders placed after the changes have been notified.
